Welcome to the House of Sol relaxation meditation.
Take a moment to arrive and allow yourself to settle just as you are, knowing there is nothing you need to do and nowhere you need to go. Gently soften the world around you by silencing your phone and dimming the lights, letting the day drift into the background so this moment can feel quiet and held.
Find a place where your body can fully rest, perhaps near a window, in soft light, or somewhere that feels grounding and safe. Allow yourself to get comfortable and notice your breath beginning to slow. Turn your attention inward and gently notice what you’re needing right now, without judgement. It may be rest, release, or simply space to be.
